Patric Molten Chocolate Cake

With Patric Baking Chocolate it was a hit, resulting in rich chocolate
flavor that can't be beat!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
8 oz Patric Baking Chocolate or Patric Chocolate Bars
5 Large Eggs
½ cup White Sugar
1 pinch of kosher salt
4 tsp All-Purpose Flour
8 extra-large muffin cups
Garnish: powdered sugar
Procedure:
1) Preheat oven to 450 F. Adjust oven rack to middle position.
2) Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat, while stirring,
until just melted. Remove from heat.
3) Whisk together eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
4) Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
5) Whisk flour into chocolate batter until well combined.
6) Line standard muffin tin with extra-large muffin papers-they
will extend above the tin.
7) Fill papers with equal amounts of batter.
8) Bake 8-10 minutes until batter puffs but center is still somewhat
molten and gooey, though not completely liquid.
9) Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
Patric Chocolate Stout Brownies
This recipe is a slightly altered version of the brownies made famous by Flat Branch brew pub here in Columbia, Missouri. These are absolutely delicious, moist, chocolatey, cake-like brownies that are perfect served à la mode.
Ingredients:
3 oz Patric Baking Chocolate
6 oz Unsalted Butter
3 Large Eggs
13 oz White Sugar
½ tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Real Vanilla Extract
5 oz All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cup Stout Beer
Procedure:
1) Preheat oven to 325 F. Adjust oven rack to middle.
2) Melt Chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat while stirring, until just melted. Remove from heat. Stir in stout beer.
3) Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth.
4) Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
5) Mix flour and baking soda together and whisk into chocolate batter until well combined.
6) Spray 9"x13" glass baking dish with non-stick spray, and pour batter into dish.
7) Bake 50-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
8) Remove brownies and cool; cut into 6 rectangles
