Orders:
To purchase products from Patric Chocolate, you must register for an account where you will be required to provide contact information (such as name, shipping address, phone number and email address). During account registration you will also be required to choose a personal account password. After registration, you may place an order from Patric Chocolate where you will be required to provide financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, and billing address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Patric Chocolate will not access customers’ account passwords. Customer passwords can be changed by the customer at the following url:

We will not share any information that we collect from our customers during account registration and/or placing of orders, with any third party outside of our organization, with the three following exceptions:
1) Order Fulfillment
In order to fulfill your order, including shipping and confirmation of shipment, we may use information such as name, shipping address, and email address that may be visible to third-party shipping services such as the US Postal Service, UPS, and/or postage printing services such as Endicia.com.
2) Newsletters
In order to send the infrequent—generally once per month—educational/promotional Patric Chocolate newsletter, customer e-mails will be stored on the third-party database of Constant Contact http://www.constantcontact.com/ which offers an immediate SafeUnsubscribe option for all newsletter recipients.
This feature allows customers to opt out of receiving such newsletters by unsubscribing using the “SafeUnsubscribe” link in the footer of the newsletter itself, or by e-mailing Patric Chocolate directly at customer.service@patric-chocolate.com
3) Credit Card Processing:
Our credit card processing service is Paypal.com. We use Paypal.com to securely process—using SSL secure connections--credit cards used to place orders on http://www.Patric-chocolate.com for Patric Chocolate goods and services. Paypal.com does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond credit card processing for your order. Neither Paypal.com, nor Patric Chocolate, store credit card numbers entered while placing an online order from http://www.Patric-Chocolate.com after processing them for the single order for which they were furnished by the customer.
Customer Access to Stored Information:
A customer may access her/his stored account information, and order history, and may change some personal information such as address and email address, by logging into his/her customer account via the “My Account” link at the bottom of each page, or by clicking this URL: https://www.patric-chocolate.com/store/account.php
If a customer would like to receive the monthly Patric Chocolate newsletter at a different e-mail address, please click the “Update Profile/Email Address” link in the footer of the newsletter, or e-mail us directly at customer.service@patric-chocolate.com
